Meet Our Butler Dentist Dr. Matthew Weiss, DMD

A Pittsburgh native, Dr. Weiss graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Neuroscience and continued his education with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) also the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He has organized dental mission trips to Honduras and has devoted his time to the Special Smiles and Mission of Mercy programs to help others with their dental and oral health needs.

Dr. Weiss completed a residency program at Allegheny General Hospital to further his skills in dental surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and restorative dentistry. His emphasis is on preventative and comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Edwin Yu , DMD

Dr. Edwin Yu, DMD, is a dentist with a unique background in healthcare, business, and military service. A former U.S. Air Force officer and Penn State alum, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and brings expertise in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, digital technology, and patient-focused care. With a foundation in psychology and leadership, he blends precision with a warm, personalized approach. Passionate about innovation and mentorship, Dr. Yu continuously explores new ways to elevate the patient experience, from cutting-edge treatments to a calm, welcoming environment.

Megan McEntire, RDH

Megan is a Penn College graduate with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working as a dental hygienist for over two years, helping patients of all ages keep their smiles healthy and bright.

Annie has been a dental assistant for three years. She got her degree from Bradford School of Business. She enjoys helping patients with their dental needs.

Jamie Saylor, RDH- Hygienist

Jamie started as a dental assistant in 2001 and continued her career at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been a hygienist for over 15 years.
